All players should:

1)print off a registration form and mail it in (address is on the form) or scan and email to [email protected].

2) You can either pay by credit card above, or mail in a check or money order. But, every player MUST mail-in the registration form

3) If paying via PayPal (credit card), please include your email and player's name and info in the "notes" section of PayPal checkout, so that we can match the payment up with the player's registration form.

DISCLAIMER: In the unlikely event that of a family emergency or Marcus' practice or Celtics' requirements change, the clinic will still be held and registration will not be refunded. Marcus runs a first-class Academy, and this is not expected. But the Celtics AND Marcus' family have the priority and we cannot plan for unseen events. No refunds.
