YGC Academy is staffed with professional coaches and basketball players that push the players, and the clinic, beyond the traditional "fun" clinic.

Shane, who played college ball in Oklahoma and is currently a high school basketball coach in Texas, runs the day-to-day operations at all of the summer clinics.
